Sexy Katrina Kaif In Boom

Boom is all hype and little message. The single reason why thousands of people watched that movie was because of the stripping scene of Katrina Kaif in Boom. Regardless of the 'eye-catching' cast ensemble that includes three sensual belles Padma, Katrina and Madhu Sapre Amitabh Bachchan, and the Hollywood stunner Bo Derek, the flick fails to grip the viewer concern.

The movie has a trendy flavor and enticing music score, but that is all about it. There is lot of exposure [ and raunch too, thanks to the sexy character Boom Shankar played by Javed Jaffery ] that makes the movie unwatchable for the house crowd.

Star Amitabh Bachan is created to appear like a weirdo in the flick. All-dressed in white, Big B plays the underworld kingpin Called Mia who pleasures in scanning comics and trailing Hollywood fantasies in his free time. There is a sequence in the movie where the mega star is shown running after Bo Derek.

Padma Lakshmi is visibly self-conscious being opposite along side Bachchan, whilst Katrina nicely holds a solitary look across the film. Madhu Sapre is just about ok. The three models' contribution to the movie is just limited to hex and sex appeal.

Jackie Shroff looks modern playing Chhote Mia, the unrighteous mafiosa who aims fifty-fifty part in all his deals.

The girls can hardly act. Point taken. Or any of us, for that matter. It is highly unlikely that there are any actresses in India who can matched into their parts [ or garments ], if these girls can't. They have the numbers, they know what pointless catfights are, they can appear like models, can talk in the accented British of the catwalk, and can mouth smuts without embarrassment. Javed Jaffrey's acting is good, the role fits him like a glove [ though I am sure Kaizad Gustad can consider about a hotter simile ]. Bachchan is the surprise package of the film. Each single review has blamed him for acting in Boom. Mayank Shekhar wants him to say sorry to the country. In reality, during the past 10-15 years, I think that he has basically played himself in all his parts. He is barely India's answer to Al Pacino. He is an old actor, holding up on the magic of his mega star heydays and Kaun Banega Crorepati. Even his most recent advertisements on the telly are ludicrous. He plays a smuggler-king, obsessive about Miss-India type ladies, hates ladies with any pinch of moustaches, kills without remorse, and fundamentally looks like the third-rate, rich, uncultured, underworld type in Dubai to a T. Oh, he detests the daddy you wish you had, dears. He does not flavor dignified - the horror! The Horror! He isn't not the hero, he is devil correspondents - Go have a peg of cheap vodka and curse him using new words you have picked up from Kaizad's movie. And if you can get hold of a pirated VCD, replay the girls' scenes. The less asserted the better. It is supremely vacuous.

Boom does not have a script, for all practical roles. Thea disappears, leaving no traces, just like a UFO. Boom the film is hardly hung together by the ingenuity of its witticisms. Nothing else, nothing less. Kaizad Gustad has made a attractive flick, there is no doubt about it. But beneath this gloss and sheen, there is barely anything in the movie to draw a picture buff to the theatre. yet, people who have an concern in the skin fest by the 3 models would find the flick worth watching.
